The results are in! Kenny Ouellette committed to change his body permanently by changing
his lifestyle! For the past thirteen weeks Kenny used supportive nutrition, moderate cardiovascular
exercise, and progressive resistance training to change his body. Kenny lost 25 Pounds over the
summer, greatly improved his conditioning levels, and most importantly became empowered with the
knowledge that he has control over his body and his metabolism. Kenny kept thanking me for all that
I had done for him but I want to let Kenny know that he did all of the hard work, I simply pointed
him in the right direction. Anyone can change their body in a positive manner if they have the desire,

“Hi Kyle, Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I've been out of town quite a bit since the
Vermont 50 Mountain Bike Race. Speaking of the race, I finished! It took me eleven and a
half hours but I got it done. There were torrential downpours the entire day, and it was nearly
impossible to climb any hill, never mind the steep ones. The mud was up to your ankles for
most of the race. What were once streams that you could ride your bike right through became
rivers up to your waste! However, I have to say I loved it! I think we walked our bikes a good
15 to 20 miles. One of the main reasons why I had a good time was because of the training program you
recommended. Thank you for your guidance for the two months prior! Because of it, I was in
the best shape I could be in for a race like that. Lots of carbs the day before the race. Major
hydration the week before (5-7 liters of water per day). I added distance to my Saturday rides
each week until I was at about three hours per ride with lots of hills. I began to appreciate that
when I was climbing (the hills I could ride) past people who began to walk their bikes. I will be doing this ride next year and now I have a benchmark to go by. Maybe I'll even start

“I already had a regular exercise routine that I did at home every morning and I often exercised
later in the day in the gym at my workplace and/or went for a walk. But having recently turned
50, I really wanted more out of my routines—I wanted to be more focused in my exercising--
stronger, leaner and the big one—those beautiful sculptured arms of the fit 25-year olds.
That's where Kyle Battis came in. Kyle helped me structure the work-out that targeted overall
physical fitness as well as specific lower and upper body strength exercises. Strength was the main
goal. Due to my own hard work and Kyle's planning and guidance, I not only feel better and
stronger, I am leaner, my clothes fit better, I have lost five pounds (an unexpected result, not really

“I had known about Kyle through his e-mail newsletters and have heard about his presentations
on fitness through advertisements in the Concord Monitor. I invited Kyle to give his presentation,
“RESULTS” to the patients in my office, although I had never met him or worked with him directly.
I had some initial skepticism that Kyle's presentation would focus on “Bulking up” or training hard
to produce “magazine cover muscles”. I was a bit uncertain how that message would be received,
as the audience we had assembled was a cross section of the general population, though we tend to
be more health conscious and active than the average citizen. Ages range from mid 30's to mid 70's.
Kyle's opening sentence put my fears to rest. With a genuine courtesy he showed concern for the
needs and interests of each individual in the audience. Kyle's knowledge on training and nutrition
was just as appropriate and useful for the middle aged woman faced with that stubborn
“15 extra pounds” as it was for the young man who had reached a plateau in his workout efforts.
Kyle's confident delivery earned the trust of my patients very early on.
On the evening of Kyle's presentation it was obvious to me that our collaboration produced a winning
situation for my patients. Those in attendance had the opportunity to meet, face to face, someone
with a true expertise to assist them in working with their bodies in a health conscious manner that
could produce desired results. Kyle's professionalism and his delivery dismissed any preconceived
fear the audience may have had regarding who or what a personal trainer was. All the feedback I got
from those in attendance was positive. In my attempts to provide the best care and best information
to my patients I made certain to schedule him for 2 more talks in my office for August and September.

"I am a senior in high school this year meaning it will be my last year playing varsity ice hockey. I
want to make the most of my last season and hopefully our team will win the State Tournament. 
During pre-season I knew I needed to get stronger and quicker to perform at my optimum ability. 
When I met Kyle I weighed a mere 134 pounds. I asked him for a new training routine specifically
to prepare me for hockey. To my surprise, he created an extensive 5-week strength program
designed for hockey. He assisted me and encouraged me through my intense workouts. He gave me
tips on how to gain weight in the form of muscle mass. After the first 5-week cycle, I gained an
astonishing 11 pounds of muscle and my bench increased about 15 pounds! I am extremely satisfied
